Over three years I designed and delivered a leadership development module for an ASX 50 industrial company, working with 163 leaders across four cohorts drawn from their global senior leadership population, and with the CEO and their direct leadership team.

The module focused on the internal dimensions of leadership, understanding the thinking patterns and habits that shape how leaders show up, often without realising it. Across all five cohorts, the overwhelming majority of participants rated the content as directly relevant to their role and left the program feeling confident they could translate what they had learned into their daily leadership practice on a sustainable basis.

Participant comments reflected what I most hope for in this work that the learning begins to embed itself quietly, showing up in how people lead before they have even consciously registered the shift.
