Many leaders are confused, sometimes frustrated, by the fact that they offer feedback to a team member and yet do not see any lasting change in the person’s behaviour. This short, four-week program is designed to help you hone your ability to provide effective feedback that has a lasting impact, and create a feedback culture in your team and organisation.
Content covered typically includes:
Understanding the origins of feedback and why that matters
Considering how we receive feedback from a physiological point of view and why we often reject the feedback we recieve
Providing feedback in a way that can be heard and assimilated, including overcoming resistance to the feedback offered
Creating a feedback culture by asking for feedback and then altering our own behaviour
Bespoke programs are also available.
Withholding feedback is choosing comfort over growth.
