Programs: Influencing and Communications (Workshop)

One of the common problems in a team (and in leadership more generally) is a lack of understanding of, and adjustment for, the preferred communications and influencing style of others. Frequently when we seem to be at an impasse, unable to influence the other person to our point of view, we simply amplify our default styles and expect a different outcome.

Using the NBI™ (a self-survey to uncover our preferred communicating and influencing style), this workshop:

• Drives self-awareness of our natural approach and understanding of different preferences in others; and
• Offers a framework for increasing our communication and influencing effectiveness

A team NBI™ profile can also be generated (if relevant).

This workshop can be done stand-alone, in combination with the Productive Conversations workshop or woven into a bespoke offering for your organisational setting.
