Programs: Pyschological Safety and a Secure Base (Workshop)

Trust is at the very heart of an effective team. More recently this has been expanded to include the concept of psychological Safety, which sadly has resulted in many intended consequences in our organisations.

This workshop returns to the fundamentals, highlighting that true psychological safety has a second axis around performance and introduces the concept of being a secure base leader (a model well suited to our 21st century context). Typically content covered includes:

• Trust: What is it? Do you create the conditions for trust? How to become more trustworthy.
• Psychological Safety: What is it? Do you engender psych safety in your team? How to increase psych safety.
• Secure Base Leadership: What is it? Are you a secure base leader? How can you create/enhance a secure base in your team.

This workshop can be done stand-alone, in combination with other workshops or woven into a bespoke offering for your organisational setting.
