She brings an interpretive lens to help clients (individuals or teams) understand where they are and uncover their aspirations and potential. She combines the latest research with many years of business leadership experience, to help clients create a learning agenda that fits their unique learning styles, fits into their busy daily schedules and brings lasting results. She is largely agnostic as to industry or function as her view is that “the key to the door of growth and lasting behavioural change is a restlessness with the status quo”.

Liane’s coaching work goes beyond performance and career-based coaching to help executives understand the origins of life patterns that my be hindering behavioural change. She works with leaders, who are bombarded with the relentless demands of today’s business environment, to find sustainable strategies to create time and space for reflection, and offers them a safe place in which to reflect, and test ideas.

Prior to her move into professional development, Liane spent many years in search and assessment across Asia Pacific. She also has a significant business and line management background, having managed the nutritional products division of what is now known as Fonterra, including leading the day to day management of a US-based joint venture.
